The Anarcho Art of Leslie LePere

Leslie W. LePere, the gentleman farmer and artist extraordinaire, was raised on a wheat farm in Northeastern Washington. He went on to Washington State University where he earned a Bachelor's of Art, then a Master's of Fine Art in 1972. For the next eight years he lived in Seattle where he practiced graphic design and had one man painting shows. In 1981, he headed back to Harrington, Washington where he took over the family wheat farm while continuing to work as an artist. Many of you may know him from the cover art on Tom Robbins's books. Today he resides in Harrington with his wife Eva where he continues to farm by day and draw and design at night.
